These are participatory, social journeys for travellers who value access and experience over formality. Expect early starts, border crossings, changing road conditions and the satisfaction of reaching places that do not fit neatly into a fly-in itinerary.

You will travel in a purpose-built overland vehicle. On camping departures, the group takes part in practical camp life. Accommodated departures use simple lodges, hotels or permanent tents where available. Both styles are active and best suited to travellers comfortable with flexibility.
